After a difficult period, Frederique Kok started painting and sculpting and discovered that this allowed her to rediscover her own feelings and imagination. Frederique is developing rapidly and draws inspiration from modern classical artists such as Mondrian, Chagall and Miró. Her work plays with femininity, colour, strength and vulnerability and reflects on fluid identity. In addition to Cordaan Outsider Art Atelier, Frederique also works at De Opstap.
