KB is the stage name of this artist who prefers to remain anonymous. She does not like to be in the spotlight and has enjoyed working at the studio for a long time. At her workplace, she is one of the few artists who works mainly with oil paint, a technique that is difficult to master well partly because of the long drying time. KB often works on series. For instance, in 2022/23 she portrayed her fellow artists from Outsider Art Atelier and in 2025 she started working on a series of animals, a selection of which you can see on this corridor. The animals have no visible background and are placed in the void. So you can put them in any place in your mind’s eye and they walk, swim, fly or jump right out of the picture.
