After 8 wonderful years, Outsider Art is moving!

In order not to leave unnoticed we are organizing a festive farewell exhibition entitled Exit/Next! Because even though we are sad to say goodbye to our beautiful place in the H’art Museum, we are secretly looking forward to all the new adventures for the studio and the gallery.

Each artist working at Outsider Art Atelier has chosen a work that symbolizes the time we spent together at the H’ART Museum. Many works refer to the beautiful moments and collaborative projects of recent years. Other work, on the contrary, expresses that saying goodbye can also hurt and make you sad.

In short, an emotional sales exhibition that gives you as loyal stakeholders the chance to take a piece of Outsider art @ H’ART home with you, so that you can often think back with pleasure and/or melancholy to the wonderful years we had together here!
We hope to welcome you all in the last days at Neerlandiaplein 7.

Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00.
The store and gallery can be visited until May 30

And for the curious among us who are now wondering; “Where are all the artists going and what about the gallery and lending?”. You will hear more about that soon!

In the meantime, the gallery is easily accessible via email, and work can still be borrowed and purchased by appointment at our new depot location. We are working with the artists to gain more visibility in the city and are looking to connect with existing exhibition spaces, galleries, museums and fairs. If you have any good tips for group exhibitions or other options where the artists could be represented please especially contact us!

We will greatly miss all of our dear neighbors and visitors throughout H’ART Museum, Museum of the Spirit, Amsterdam Museum and the Hoftuin and Van Limmickhof! You guys should come visit us soon when we are all over!
